Bios Update HILFE

Hallo,ich habe ein problem nähmlich kan ich im bios nichts verstellen..
Ich möchte nähmlich ein bisschen Runtertakten wegen den hohen Temps...
Aber ich kann dort nichts vertellen außer den RAM....
Ich wollte es mit nem Bios Update versuchen aber habe kein plan woher ich das bekomme und wie man das macht...
Mein Motherboard:ASUS A7N8X
CPU:AMD Athlon 2800+

Sry dass ich hier alles reinkopier aber es ging nicht anders weil es ab "Donwloads" über cookies weiter geht und er selbst suchen müsste.
Die Updates sind in der reihenfolge wie sie auf der Website standen.
