Xenon 3.2ghz und ein GTX 1060 6GB!!

Question: I have a "4 Cores at 3.2GHz" XEON (HP Z400 Workstation) and 16GB Ram. Would a GTX 1060 6GB graphics card be a good buy for me or would it be a bottleneck? I currently have a GT 1030, but would like to see much more. Many thanks.

There is always a bottleneck, sometimes it is the CPU, sometimes the GPU, sometimes the RAM. It depends on the program or game, which is limited. Your CPU is no problem for the graphics card, you can also obstruct a RTX2080TI. The question is also whether your power adapter even enough for the graphics card and if it has the required PCIe power connector.
