Where to purchase pc parts?

Hi im a student living in Austria. I was wondering to buy a high end gaming pc with ryzen7 9800x3d and rx 7900xtx
But upon stumbling amazon the prices there are too high, can anyone suggest where I could get the most affordable prices and from which websites to buy from? Because im new here and I have no idea from where to source my pc components
