Probleme mit WDS bei Windows-Server unattend.xml: OOBE wird angezeigt

Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein Problem:

ich soll einen Server erstellen für eine Ferninstallation für andere Clients und habe dazu eine xml-Datei erstellt. Die Idee ist, dass eine Ferninstallation von Windows-10 ohne Klicks laufen soll. Die Grundinstallation läuft ohne Probleme und ohne Klicks, doch trotzdem wird die OOBE nach der Installation angezeigt, obwohl sie laut XML-Datei nicht erscheinen sollte. Anbei die Datei:
