Hello dear PC Masters community,
I have had a problem for a long time now and my PC, regardless of load, sometimes just goes into a black screen and all fans run at 100% in this state, it can only be switched off via the PSU and not via the power button in front. The PC is assembled, cabling checked several times with instructions.
Found out that I don't have this problem if iCue and NZXT software are not installed, however all my lighting runs over it and would therefore find it a shame if there was no other solution, so I will turn to you!

H500i case
Asus Prime X470-Pro motherboard
Ryzen 2700x with floor cooler
Corsair Vengance PRO RGB Ram
Aorus RTX 2070
