Übertakten Core 2 duo

Hallo zusammen,
hatte bisher nichts mit übertakten zutuen gehabt. Hab ein Asus Board P5Q turbo und weiß leider nicht was ich im Bios eistellen muß. Habe einen Core 2 Duo 6600 glaub conore mit 2,4 Hz und wollte den übertakten da ich mir derzeit keine bessere CPU leisten kann. Ram sind 2x 4Gb PC-6400 verbaut und Graka HD4650.
Hoffe Ihr könnt mir da helfen?

Danke, aber was muß ich verstellen und was bleibt auf auto????
Habs versucht, kam beim neustart die Meldung OC failed
