Guten Morgen. Ja ja, immer ist der Arbeitsspeicher defekt - ich glaube, das ist eine Standard-Antwort *ggg*.

Der Fehlercode ist recht unspezifisch, deutet aber wohl eher auf eine Treiber-Inkompatibilität hin.

1. zuerst einmal würde ich genaue Daten zu Deinem System liefern, wie immer: Screenshots von CPU-Z hier einstellen (CPU, Mainboard, Memory, SPD);
2. bitte die Autostart-Einträge überprüfen und unnötigen Ballast deaktiveren. Kommt eine Security Suite oder ein bestimmter Virenscanner zum Einsatz?
3. Chipsatz- und sonstige Treiber (Grafikkarte, Soundkarte, Netzwerk etc.) aktuell?
4. Betriebssystem-Updates aktuell?
5. u. U. ein BIOS-Update in Betracht ziehen (anzuraten, wenn das aktuelle BIOS deutlich älter ist oder in den Release Notes entsprechende Hinweise für einschlägige Fehlerbehebungen aufgelistet sind);
6. unnötige Tools wie D-Tools und dgl. bitte deinstallieren

Die vorgenannten Schritte kannst Du so nebenbei prüfen, wichtiger sind zunächst Deine System-Daten.

Den Bluescreen selbst kann Du am einfachsten mit BlueScreenView analysieren (siehe Fußnote) - und das Ergebnis (Screenshot) hier hochladen.
