Und ich muss bei steam ein BESTÄTIGUNGSCODE und die GEHEIMANTWORT eingeben. Weiß aber nicht weil ich nicht gut in englisch bin.

Die Geheimantwort musst du wissen

Wenn du garnicht mehr weiter weißt dann fotografire die CD und die Hülle mit dem Serien Code und lade sie hoch und schicke eine E-Mail mit den bildern zu Steam... dann bekommst du glaub ich ein neuen Serien Code.

Die Antwort auf eine Geheimfrage muss man sich bei der Installation bzw. beim Erstellen eines Steamaccounts ausdenken.
Wenn du das vergessen hast schreib an den Steam Support. Die wollen dann wie Young schon sagte ein Bild deines Keys. Du musst dann handschriftlich deinen Username auf die Anleitung wo der Key drauf ist schreiben.
Dann kannst du die eine neue Geheimfrage + Antwort überlegen.
