Unterschied zw. d. Platten (Hitachi)

Hallo,
ich bin auf der Suche nach einer externen 2 TB Festplatte und bin dabei auf die Hitachi Simple Drive gestoßen.

Nun stellt sich mir die Frage, was für Unterschiede es zw. diesen zwei Angeboten gibt:
